Products Description

The Scanning Acoustic Microscope (SAM) is a non-destructive testing imaging device that uses ultrasonic waves as the medium. It primarily employs high-frequency ultrasound to inspect various semiconductor devices and materials, capable of detecting internal defects such as voids, cracks, inclusions, and delaminations, and presenting them in graphical form.
